Returns & Exchange Policy
- Did you get the wrong product? Do you want to return the product or exchange it? We’re extremely sorry for the inconvenience. We put in every effort to deliver the best quality products to you. However, if for some reason, you feel like the size doesn’t fit or we missed a detail, you can exchange or return the product. The Golden Wasp keeps everything easy and smooth for you.
- Please make the request within 30 days of receiving the product. For non-delivery after the aforementioned 30-day period, The Golden Wasp will not assume any obligation or liability and will not entertain any dispute or claim.
All you need to do is follow these guidelines when making a return request.
- In your return/exchange request, mention the style and size of the product that you bought along with the style and size that you want to exchange it for. You may also mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org for the same.
Pack the product in its original packaging and add to it a copy of the return confirmation email that we sent you.
- Make sure that the product is not used or damaged. We will accept a return only if the product is found in the exact same condition in which it was sent. If the product doesn’t pass our quality check, we’re afraid that we wouldn’t be able to exchange it or return it for a credit note.
- In case you’ve received an already damaged product, please make a return request within 2 days of receiving the product. When making the return request, please attach a photo of the product that you received. Also, make sure that the product is in its original packaging with all the tags, warranty cards, promotional gifts, and other attachments intact.
- Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds yet. In case, you can’t decide on a product for exchange, you can return the product and we shall be happy to issue a credit note that you can use for your future purchase within 1 year.
- All items returned for exchange must be accompanied by the original invoice.
- Pairs bought on SALE price will not be exchanged or returned.
- Articles/products sold even under the promotional plan, including but not limited to discount coupons/gift vouchers granted under any promotional/discount strategy of The Golden Wasp Limited or in collaboration with any third party, are not eligible for exchange or claim/refund.
- Regardless of the current price of the exchanged/claimed article at the time of the exchange/claim, the value of the replaced merchandise will be identical to the original purchase price of the exchanged/claimed article, as stated in the invoice.
- Suppose the replacement article’s value is less than the original exchanged/claimed article’s value. In that case, The Golden Wasp will offer a credit note for the difference in the first instance.
